Grilled Meatloaf | Dinner
This was my first visit to Village Tavern. The meatloaf was fabulous!!! My friend ordered the halibut Hemingway special. Due to a kitchen mixup the last remaining fish was given to another customer. Our server, Jennifer was amazing and came over and explained the mistake. She told her to choose another entree and it would be on the house. A little later, Alex, the manager hand delivered the new entree, apologized for everything again and was so kind. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding and we highly recommend Village Tavern and will definitely return!!
Tuna Poke Bowl
Great tuna poke bowl and Thai chicken salad last night ! Special thanks and gratitude to our wonderful server, Nina, and manager, Emma, for their going above and beyond in customer service.
Grilled Meatloaf
The meatloaf was really good. It was tender and the gravy on it was delicious. The key lime pie was very good as well.

fantastic!!!! my favorite dish at VT! the chicken is so moist and the rice ,veggies, and sauce is sooooo good
Pimiento Cheese Dip
Our lunch date was phenomenal thanks to Kourtney! (may be spelled incorrectly) He went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was a great one! He's a great asset to this establishment. The food was scrumptious and fresh! Our overall visit was nothing short of amazing. We will see you guys again soon!
Tavern Burger*
Can't go wrong with the tavern burger. Always delicious and possibly the best burger in Winston-Salem!
